
breakfast: brown rice cereal topped w/ raw almonds & pecans, almond milk & banana
lunch: radishes, avocado, carrots + rice cakes
snack: kale chips
dinner: baked salmon with salsa & steamed broccoli
Also had to start taking a nutritional meal replacement (NMR) called Ultra Clear - not yummy, but not awful when mixed with unsweetened fruit juice or in a smoothie. I will ramp up on the NMR as the cleanse progresses.
