Making a Clear Change


So here we go, a 28 (err) 24 day journey of detoxifying my body. For the next three weeks I'm not going to eat any wheat, dairy, meat, gluten, soy, refined sugar or drink booze, caffeine or beer.  I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I just wish the damn marketing materials did look like a freaking tampon ad.
